Packaging

An appreciation of production processes and tooling costs is vital to physical or cosmetic packaging design and close liaison with the manufacturer is necessary to ensure that production tolerances and printing limitations are followed.

We specialise in design for cartons, corrugated and white lined chip, skin and blister cards, labels, shrink film, polythene and cans. For transit packaging we are familiar with moulded or cut polystyrene and foam, routed or shaped by laser jet.

For client approval we produce 3D, near production quality mock-ups and provide samples of the materials to be used. Where the clients choice of packaging manufacturer is used we work on their prototype plain samples and templates.
